Provider Terms

These terms govern listing a service in Canopy Discovery. By submitting a listing you agree to them.

• You represent that you own or are authorised to operate the listed endpoint and to receive payments at the specified payout address.
• You must keep advertised payment requirements (asset, amount, payee, network, scheme) accurate. Canopy may re-verify at any time and flag or delist listings whose live 402 response no longer matches.
• You are solely responsible for the service, its output, its availability, its legality in relevant jurisdictions, and for honouring paid requests.
• Canopy provides discovery and payment settlement infrastructure only. Canopy does not audit, endorse, or guarantee any listed service.
• You must not list services that are illegal, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, or that violate the Acceptable Use policy.
• Canopy may remove any listing at its discretion, including for policy violation, abuse reports, or verification failure.
